All orders ship for free via USPS in about 1 to 3 business days, with arrival estimates between 3 and 7 business days once shipped from near Dallas, TX.

Returns are available for 14 days after an order is delivered. A refund minus the seller's shipping costs will be issued once the item is received.

All orders are processed through secure payment portals to ensure the safety of your personal and financial data.

All major credit cards are accepted, in addition to Venmo, Shop Pay, PayPal, Apple Pay, and more.

Metals:

Most pendants and chains are made with hypoallergenic plated metals with a brass base, and a sealant that covers the metal. Most ear wires and posts are made with hypoallergenic gold stainless steel, or brass and gold-plated metals. All items are nickel-free.

Fabrics and lace:

Most fabrics and lace are vintage to antique in age (vintage being 25+ years old, and antique being 100+ years old). Cotton, linen, silk, and blends are the most common materials.

Canada, Australia, and the UK are set up for ordering.

Price: $20 for any size of order

Arrival estimate: 1-4 weeks (can be longer if held up in customs)

Taxes due upon delivery: The Whirlwind does not collect or pay for taxes on international orders, so you may owe your country's import tax after your order arrives.
